COCKTAIL RECIPES
"BLACK CHERRY LIMEADE"
2 oz SMD Black Cherry
2 oz Black Cherry Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Splash of Sprite
Mix in shaker. Top with Sprite. Garnish with cherries and a lime wedge.
"CHERRY BOMB"
2 oz SMD Black Cherry
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Grenadine
Mix in shaker. Garnish with stemmed cherries.
"Pineapple Upside Down Cake"
2.5 oz SMD Butterscotch
Pineapple Juice
Grenadine
pineapple slice
maraschino cherry
Chill a martini glass, place a cherry in the bottom, pour in the moonshine, and top off with pineapple juice. Drizzle Grenadine and garnish with a pineapple slice.
"Butterbeer, a Harry Potter inspired cocktail"
3 oz SMD Butterscotch
12 oz (3/4 cup) chilled cream soda
For the top (optional):
Whipped Cream
Butterscotch syrup
Pour the cream soda into a glass or mug. Pour in the moonshine and stir. Top with whipped cream and butterscotch syrup if desired. Enjoy!
"APPLE PIE SHOT"
3 oz SMD Caramel
1/2 oz SMD Red Wasp
4 oz Apple Cider or Juice
Rim and Topping:
¼ tsp Caramel Sauce
1 Dollop Whipped Cream
Mix in shaker with ice. Rim the inside of glass with caramel sauce, top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel on top.
"Georgia Peaches"
3 oz OJ
2 oz SMD Peach
Splash of Grenadine
3/4 oz Yellow Jacket
Rim glass with orange sugar. Set aside. In an ice filled glass combine peach, Yellow Jacket and orange juice. Shake well. Add ice to rimmed glass and pour over mix. Add a splash of grenadine. Garnish with a cherry.
"GRASSHOPPER"
2 oz SMD Chocolate Mint
1 Splash of Vanilla Creamer
1 Splash of Pineapple Juice
1 Splash of Blue Curacao
Rim and toppings:
chocolate syrup
whipped cream
chocolate shavings or chocolate sprinkles
Mix the blue curacao and pineapple juice until you get a nice minty green color. Pour in ice and rest of the ingredients. Shake.
Rim inside of glass with chocolate syrup, pour in drink, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings/sprinkles. Enjoy!
"SAM'S SNUGGLER"
2 oz SMD Chocolate Mint
1 packet of Hot Chocolate Mix
8 oz water
Mix in shaker with ice to serve cold; or, heat water to make it a hot, tasty drink!
"Firey Red-Head "
3 oz SMD Ginger Peach
1 oz SMD Red Wasp
Splash of Sprite
Splash of Grenadine
Mix in shaker.
"Cinnamon Churro"
4 oz Rumchata
2 oz SMD Red Wasp Cinnamon
Garnish:
Cinnamon sugar rim & cinnamon stick
Directions:
Pour Rumchata and Red Wasp in a glass over ice and mix well.
"CRANBERRY HEAT"
2 oz SMD Hiwassee Heat
4 oz Cranberry Juice
Mix in shaker with ice. Garnish with cranberries
"LIME PIE BLAST"
2 oz SMD Key Lime Pie
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Vanilla Creamer
Mix in shaker with ice. Roll the martini glass in simple syrup and then crushed graham crackers. Garnish with lime wedge.
"STARR MOUNTAIN SUNSHINE"
2 oz SMD Key Lime Pie
2.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Sprite
Mix in shaker with ice. Top with the Sprite
"HIGHLANDER"
1 oz SMD Lemon
1 oz SMD Black Cherry
1 oz SMD Tellico Truth
2 oz Sprite
1oz Minute Maid Blue Raspberry
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
¼ oz Coconut Syrup
Mix all except sprite in shaker. Pour into glass and add sprite. stir. Top with Hiwassee Heat to make it “dirty.”
"LEMON ICE BOX COOKIE"
2 oz SMD Lemon
2 oz Pina Colada Mix
2 oz Water
Mix in shaker with ice.
"STRAWBERRY TRUTH-ADE"
2 oz SMD Tellico Truth
½ oz Strawberry Puree
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Mix in shaker. Top with Sprite.
"DREAMSICLE"
2 oz SMD Tellico Truth
3 oz Orange Soda
1.5 oz Vanilla Creamer
Mix Tellico Truth and Creamer in ice-filled shaker. Serve in rocks glass and top with orange soda.
"BEE STING"
2 oz SMD Yellow Jacket
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Mix in shaker. Top with Ginger Beer.
"Iced Coffee Express"
Chilled Coffee (6 oz per serving)
SMD Coffee (2 oz per serving)
Half ‘n half
Ice
Whipped cream (optional)
Pour 6 oz of chilled coffee in glass
Add 2 oz of Ole Smoky Mountain Java moonshine
Add half ‘n half to taste
Pour over ice
Add whipped cream to garnish
"HOT TODDY"
2 oz SMD Yellow Jacket
4 oz Hot Water
1 oz Honey
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Stir together in a coffee cup and serve. To make it spicy, add 1/2oz of SMD Red Wasp.
