Yellow Jacket
Whether you're sippin' or cocktail mixin', Yellow Jacket will suit you just fine. The 'Jacket is our signature spirit; 88 Proof, distilled from a corn/rye/barley mash and mellowed with charred white oak.

Tellico Truth
Our Tellico Truth Vodka is 80 proof and distilled six times to achieve its excellent neutral nose and flavor. Try a shot of T. T. neat, on rocks or in a cocktail, and you'll soon discover the "Truth" we craft in every bottle.

Hiwassee Heat
120 Proof, made from a high-corn mash and tempered with clear mountain water, Hiwassee Heat is Pure Appalachian Moonshine. Drink it straight? We salute you!! H. H. definitely brings the heat, but you'll find it to be one of the smoothest high proof liquors around.

Red Wasp
Red Wasp has a light mouth feel, and packs a Cinnamon punch. We left the heavy, sugary, syrupy style to our brethren and went for a cinnamon-hot candy experience. At 70 proof, the "Wasp" is great for sipping, and makes some awesome cocktails.

Ginger Peach
The name says it all - Peach, with a hint of Ginger. At 50 proof, Ginger ain't no fruit punch, yet the Peach experience is strong and will take you back to sitting on the porch eating the delicious fruit. This is a great one for mixing cocktails. Black Cherry
Our Black Cherry is a smooth berry-flavored spirit that sips as well as it mixes in cocktails. Check out the Bartender's Secrets page for some ideas. It is 40 proof and comes in 750ml bottles.
Butterscotch
Granny's purse candy in liquid form. This 40 proof spirit will add a hint of sweetness and nostalgia to your cocktails.

Our Caramel spirit just might make you feel a little nostalgia for Grandma's kitchen, or Halloween when you hoped to get a caramel square rather than another rock-hard bubble gum. At 40 proof, it'll liven up your cocktails and baked goods.

Key Lime Pie
Smell it, shoot it and exhale through your mouth. You'll taste the graham cracker crust at the end! It's a zingy 40 proof and might just put you in the mood for a beach trip!

Our Master Distiller was in the Navy for a spell. We hope you like your coffee strong! This one mixes into a unique version of a White Russian too. Coffee & Cream is a 40 proof spirit, and is available in 750ml bottles.

You know those after dinner chocolate/mint candies some fancy pants restaurants give you with the bill? Kinda like those, but liquor. It's 40 proof, and we bet you can come up with some unique cocktails with this one.
